The advantage is that the house has electricity, but if you should lose it, you hit a switch and utilize the solar system. There is also wonderfully clean and drinkable water that is gravity fed from a natural spring with a large holding tank behind the house.
There are original paintings in the primary hallway of the house that adds to the charm of the environment.
The farm is 7 km from the Panamanian Highway out of the town of Capira and only 40 minutes to Panama City. The town of Capira has sufficient supplies for daily needs. The roads up the hill are not paved, but they are wide and very passable. There are about 25 houses past Vista Bella that you cannot see. All of whom hold warm, friendly, and helpful people.
There is a 20 foot container for safe and dry storage. There is also a deposito (storage unit) under the house for your paint cans and tools etc...
Vista Bella will take your breath away and it truly depicts the expression "one of a kind." There is only one problem with this property. You never want to leave.
