Your home is a georgeous Mediterranean-style home with white stucco walls -inside and out. The roof has a lovely white dome with bright blue tile. The windows have matching bright blue shutters. There is a carport large enough for two cars. There are tile floors throughout the home in a warm neutral earth-tone. The front porch and back patio are the same tile so the home is open and airy with the look of expanded spaciousness. The kitchen is well appointed and a dream to work in. If you don't want to cook, however, there are maids avialable who will come in to cook for you. The bedrooms are bigger than average. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the upstairs bedrooms have a queen-size bed and twin beds respectively. There are balconies off both the upstairs bedrooms for lounging to look out to the ocean and enjoy the warm breezes that constantly waft through. The studio or lounge area upstairs can be used for additional sleeping. It is currently being used as an office which pleases my husband tremendously. All bathrooms are very tastefully appointed and beautifully tiled throughout. The furniture can be purchased with the home should you desire. The appliances will stay with the home. The appliances are the stove, refrigerator, micro-wave, washer, dryer, water heater and air conditioners. There are three air conditioners currently installed and places available for two more should you desire. The maid's quarters has a private entrance outside the house and has a full bath.
