PanamaLister.com is for anybody who owns or represents a property (Home, Condo/Apartment, Lot, Farm or Commercial Property) or is looking for one, for sale, rent, lease, or trade in Panama.

2. How much does it cost?
Nada. Nada is Espanol for NOTHING! (Disclaimer from the Legal Department: keep reading).

3. Free huh?  What do I get for free, some stripped down, second rate listing that displays in faded out microprint and flashes off the screen in 0.7 seconds?
Nope. You get up to ten full Property Listings with multiple photos, for unlimited duration.

4. Wait, I'm a real estate agent/broker. Can I list my client's  property on PanamaLister.com?
Sure you can.  I only suggest that you might want to get your client's permission first, to help prevent loud shouting and hair-pulling.

5. Do I have to pay you a commission if a property I list is sold/rented via a listing on PanamaLister.com?
That's a silly question. Well maybe not.
Only if you're feeling really generous. And even then it wouldn't be a commission,..  lets call it a gift.

7. Are you a real estate broker/Agent?
Nope/Nope. I must admit to once owning a gold sport coat, but it was only an occasional fashion faux pas, not a uniform.

8. How many pictures can I upload to my listing?
One main property listing, and ten more to the listing’s ‘Photo Gallery’. That makes 11!

9. How long does that "New Listing" or "Updated" banner stay on my listing.
Five (5) Days.

10. How long is a listing active?
Until you delete it or my server catches on fire.

11. Can someone interested in my listing contact me via the PanamaLister.com website, without my email address being revealed?
Sure Can!  On any listing page, just click on the Seller’s Name. Then click ‘Send Message’ and fill out the form.

12. So,  can I email someone regarding their property listing if I don’t have or want a user account or even know the lister's email address?
Yep.  Same answer above applies.

13. How do I edit (or delete) an existing listing?
Simple. Log in and go to the ‘Control Panel’. Click ‘Edit Listings’. Click the title of the listing you want to edit (or delete), and edit away!  To delete the listing, just click the ‘Remove Listing’ button at the bottom.

14. How many listings can I create?
Up to 10.  Need more than that Mr. Trump?  Just ask.

15. How can I look at ALL your current listings?
Easy. Just click 'Search' in the grey menu bar. Don't enter or modify any search criteria. Then, just click the bottom button marked 'Find Properties'. Viola!...  ALL properties currently listed will be displayed.

17. What is a Featured Listing?  <<--- Check This Out!
It's just that, a Featured Listing. One Featured Listing is randomly selected every few seconds from all F/L's and is displayed at the top of listings pages.  Featured Listings will also show up at the top of search pages unless a sort order is requested that places the F/L somewhere other than at the top.  By way of some slick computer programming, Featured Listings will be plastered all over the website and will be seen by all visitors to PanamaLister.com. Look at it as guaranteed exposure for your property listing, which is a good thing. Oh, It's also my way to make quince balboas (that's fifteen bucks for the un-initiated... cheap!).

But wait, there's more! When you upgrade to a Featured Listing, you will be able to upload a Banner Image to your listing. This ad banner will be placed randomly at the top of all website pages. The banner will have your listing title below it, and will act as a one-click link directly to your listing! Neat-O!

18. Fair Enough. How do I turn my listing into a FEATURED LISTING?
Just a few simple steps: Once your listing is active, log in to your control panel and click the EDIT LISTINGS Icon.  Then select the listing you want to make FEATURED. In the 'Upgrades Available' box that appears at the top, choose either Featured-30 for 30 days, or Featured-90 for 90 days. The pricing is $15 for 30 days or $35 for 90 days. You will be taken to PayPal automatically and securely to make your payment.  You may pay with any credit card, and no PayPal account is required.  If you prefer to make other payment arrangements, just use the CONTACT US link to make those arrangements.  We're flexible.

19. I really don't know how to operate this computer thingy too well and/or I am on the other side of the planet and don't have any pictures of my property.  Can you create my Property Listing for me?
Gotchya covered. If you provide me with your photos and property description, I will create your property listing for a $20 fee.  If you want me to provide the photos, I can do so for an additional $30 charge.  Remember, these are things you can do yourself on the PanamaLister.com website free of charge.

20. What if I have a suggestion?
